I have so much cucumbers from my cousins. Attempting to make 오이 소박이 (Oi So Boki) cucumber kimchi!! Hope it turns out right. hahaha

I was able to successfully make Japanese dessert “Mochi”, filled with red bean paste and strawberry. Perfect for the month of love “February’s Valentines Day”! Delicious!!

Today’s palette is a delicious easy going sushi called “Kimbap”, a korean style sushi, will my lazy way of making it. The inside consisting of egg, shredded carrots, shredded pickled radish, hotdog meat (lol), a bit of spinach and imitation crab meat. enjoy
