I was able to successfully make Japanese dessert “Mochi”, filled with red bean paste and strawberry. Perfect for the month of love “February’s Valentines Day”! Delicious!!
Today’s palette is a delicious easy going sushi called “Kimbap”, a korean style sushi, will my lazy way of making it. The inside consisting of egg, shredded carrots, shredded pickled radish, hotdog meat (lol), a bit of spinach and imitation crab meat. enjoy
Delicious home made Pork Steam Buns. In Hmong & Thai this is pronounce “Ga-lang-pao” or known as other names such as Nikuman (Japanese), Jjingppang Mandu (Korean), Mantou (Chinese). I call this the Asian version of Hot pockets. Great lunch to pack when one has a busy schedule, or great to eat on cold winter days. Let you eye’s feast on the image =D
